How to Fix Dryer Error

UNPLUG dryer from electrical power for 10 minutes to reset electronics.
Remove top panel and control console to access display board and ribbon cable.
Reseat ribbon cable connector at both display board and main control board ends. Press firmly until seated.
Clean ribbon cable contacts with isopropyl alcohol and lint-free swab. Allow drying time.
Inspect ribbon cable for creases, tears, or damaged traces. Replace cable if visible damage exists.
If error persists after reseating: replace display control board using OEM part DC92-01004A.
Transfer all connectors to new board. Secure mounting hardware.
Restore power. Verify display illumination, button response, and cycle operation without error recurrence.
